Mr. Imran Khan – Former Managing Director & IT Head
With 15+ years in interior design, Imran Khan has transitioned into managing the company’s digital and IT operations. His initiative to upskill during the COVID-19 lockdown reflects his belief in continuous learning. Today, he ensures the tech behind our creativity runs smoothly and efficiently.
Mr. Farooq Khan – Senior Planner
Armed with B.Arch and M.Arch degrees from Jamia Millia Islamia, Farooq Khan is known for blending creativity with strategy. His expert planning lays a strong foundation for every project, ensuring smart layouts and optimal functionality.
Mr. Imraan – Engineering Design Lead
Imraan leads the engineering design team with a sharp eye for detail. A diploma holder in civil engineering, he ensures all structural drawings are technically precise, easy to interpret, and ready for execution—helping bring design to life, structurally and accurately.
Mr. Usman Javed – Retail Designer
Specializing in retail design, Usman Javed focuses on creating engaging, functional commercial spaces. A graduate of Jamia Millia Islamia, his aesthetic is grounded in clarity, utility, and clean, modern lines.
Mr. Sharique Nauman – Senior Project Consultant
With 20+ years of experience across architecture, interiors, civil work, and fabrication, Sharique Nauman brings strategic oversight to our projects. As the founder of ViralSpeed, he lends his expertise in project planning, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction—making sure every project stays on course.
Mr. Mohd Rashid – Site Engineer
Rashid ensures that project execution on-site is smooth and efficient. He coordinates daily tasks, manages site workers and vendors, and keeps everything on track with a solution-focused mindset. His reliability makes him an essential part of our delivery team.

With over 25 years in the industry, Arshad Ali brings deep experience and insight. A former entrepreneur with his own firm, STAR INDIA, he has worked with top brands nationwide. Now collaborating with Living Interior Decor, his focus has shifted to trading, but his industry knowledge continues to guide and support our on-site efforts.
